He was doing 2.5% of the monster's hp. I must say, I was impressed at how well he was training there though. Most of the BMs I've seen in Oblivion 4 get overwhelmed by the mobs. ![]() I still think the burn damage should be higher if that's what the damage is like at max level. It still doesn't seem worth maxing over Mortal Blow IMO.

What I love about the updates is that it seems to make most skills actually useful, even bringing some over to work everywhere. I mean, there's still a few ones that'd need a review (Shield mastery, anyone?), but so far, I'm glad they are taking that direction.
