Train or Leech on 108 at Skelos?

Ok i have now two choices and wanna hear if someone of u made it already since the new EXP formula is released.

1. ill train with my Aran solo with HS and MW mule at skele. I would say my Equips r decent

2. I leech my Aran with my Bishop (1hit) there.

What do u guys think is faster?? from 108-120?


Acutally im bored to test it by myself since my chars r in Malaysia..

Not quite sure about the speed but my level 200 Bishop friend trained her Aran at that level instead of leeching. I assume that leeching isn't too great at that level...

I'm not sure, but I hear at this point they're the same speed. Arans sound a huluva lot more fun to train than leech though.

Why do you want to leech an ARAN? They ARE AMs/Bishops in warrior form. Train, and laugh as you gain pre-leech nerf EXP rates.

with the new formula it goes something like
Skell = 4750

4750/20% = 950 * (108/200) = 513 per skelle without a 2x card

513 * 15 kills = 7695 exp per gen at Max spawn without a 2x card..

7695 / (60/3 amount of Gens per second) =153,900 exp per minute and (*60) = 9,234,000 per hour if all u kill are Skelosaurus and you kill 15 of them per gen

so with the following being true (which we can assume won't happen) it's about 77% per hour without a 2x card if my math is correct and the circumstances occur 100% of the time (they won't).. being realistic i couldn't see u getting more then 45%-55% per hour without a 2x card

and arans are kind of an easy class o train... you might as well get the last few levels because after 120+ your fingers are gonna hurt and being eased into it really helps.

its nearly the same EXP.

first i trained my Aran solo with my HS+MW mule in the map. Gained around 4.6% in 8 mins on 1x EXP.
Then i leeched my char with my Bishop 8 mins. Gained arund 5 % in 8 mins. not that big diff.

But soloing skele is still way slower than training solo at Gallos. last lvl (lvl 107) I made arund 110% in 30 minutes on 4x at Gallos.
At Skelos i made today only 65-70% on 4x in 30 min... so yea soloing there on my lvl isnt the best choice.

and the Training session at skele was with SI mule too. So i gained arund 24k exp ea monster. still way slower than gallos. not to mention the pot burn since drain doesnt really help u because
you have to pot after each hit so its too risky to use it..

i havent tested partying so far there but i guess it should be way faster.

Oh hey I saw you today at skeles. I thought you were attacking with your aran on bottom and bishop on top. Anyway, what I do with my bishop + corsair is, I like my bishop spam genesis on top & I kill the bottom row with my corsair. I think you can do the same thing. Depending on how fast your aran kills, it'll be anywhere from 35-50m exp per hour on 4x. I stopped leeching skeles because you max out at around 20-22m exp per hour on 4x.

Hi Goals, ya we met each other yesterday.

Well i did it at Gallos. My bish was on the right side and my Aran on the left.
worked brilliant and insane fast, 400%-500% in 1 hr was no problem from lvl 90-100.

But i havent tested it at skeles because i have no autopot on my bishop and no pet.
u know i made a break of several months so i havent bought a pet yet.

the next problem is, with a Corsair its easier maybe, since u have a ranged att.
i have to concentrate on my Combos. so its maybe a lot harder to gain the same exp (in my opinion).

I have to test this also. ill do it later when im back at home and write some words down here.

Just my two cents as a fellow Aran player, you will gain more xp solo at gallos then you will get at skele til you are 4th job. I trained at gallos from 77-123 in 3 days there with just my Aran and a friend on his priest. So it's really up to you what you do really, but training an Aran is by far more entertaining then leeching one, but thats just my opinion on that.

I can agree that Training at gallos is the fastest way.
yesterday i lvlt from 109-115 in 4hrs there. i think it was ok since i chatted a bit while i was training.

My aran was at the left side and my bishop at the right side. worked brilliant.
Sometimes the spwan wasnt fast enough and i have to wait 1-2 sec. and im not unsing Fenrir or Smash there.
I noticed when u r strong enough its better to keep your combos up there.

i dealt max 35-37k on a single monster with the final hit of Full swing. my range with my buffs (MW+ECHO+12Att POT ) was arund 6.6k (+-200)
so it was way better to keep my combos up and kill the monster with the crits of Full swing.

General Problem is that a lot of low lvl 4. job AM/Bishops try to KS you till they see your bishop at the ride side lol....
So if i have no bishop it can be hard to keep the map in a crowded server like Bera or Scania

You're most likely right than gallos are faster. I forgot you're lvl 200 so you don't need exp on your bishop. Because skeles are obviously faster for the bishop.

the Final result from 108-120 is:

For me it was faster from 108-115 at gallos and from 115-120 at skeles.

First my Bishop was at top and my Aran at the bottom and upper bottom platform but i switched the chars.
For me it was faster when my Aran was killing the 2 top platforms and my bishop 2 bottom platforms

I gained at Gallos on lvl 115 only 5% in 8 min and at Skele aprrox. 7% in 8 min. Thats is a huge difference. 7% x 4 EXP = 28% and 5% x4 EXP = 20% so 8 %
diff in only 8 min is a lot and since i train all of the time on 4x it was a good decission to switch to skele on that lvl.


now i have think about Oblovision 5. F3 But this another Story.
