You're not really missing too much content on Naruto, actually. Naruto in America is about a few months-half a year apart in chapters from Japan. I was totally shocked to see that Naruto's fight with Pain was going on in America a few months after the arc ended in Japan.
Bleach in America isn't as close to where Japan is compared to Naruto, but it's maybe a year to a year and a half content behind.
One Piece in America is only at the Davy Back fight, and considering Enies Lobby arc ran 2005-2006; I would probably measure this as over 4 years behind. I think it may be attributed to One Piece's popularity in the US versus that of Bleach and Naruto. Goddamn 4Kids. Had it not been for them, One Piece could have taken off somewhere.
