Also, another question. If I cancel the sending thing on the character it's been sent to, will it disappear or will it go back to the sender?

At that point of the delivery, there's really no way to cancel it on the sender's side. The character recieving also just gains the option to delete the whole thing which in turn would make the items/mesos disappear.

and sometimes they receive it with a week delay...

I've used it since it came out and ever only lost one item because I forgot I sent it and the item expired. xD
I also don't recall having to wait more than a day to receive it.

better retry i guess.. i dont know... because i remember i sent something to a friend,and he received it a week later with a "Ah lol you sent me something a week ago"

I think it's 12 hours, not 24 hours, because once, late at night, I sent some stuff to my NL through Duey, and I got the items before the 24 hours were up.

My friend sent me a few hundred thousand mesos and she recorded how long it took before I got the money, and it took 23 hours and 57 minutes

I believe the issue is not with the sending, but with the notice that it's been sent. I've occasionally sent something across accounts through him and after the 24 hours (a few days actually) I logged onto that character and didn't receive the notice; but lo and behold I go up to Duey and they package is there waiting.

Totally sounds as if you sent him a bomb package.

Yeh I've always known the time to be 12 hours, because when I send stuff at say 11pm at night it comes at 11 am, and etc.

Second account. And I can confirm it, it is 12 hours. I sent the package at 11am this morning, just went back on and it's through. (It's now almost 1am)
