If the people that have a Smiling Mask can confirm that they say One-of-a-kind, then I'm fked (it's also supposed to be time-limited and untradeable). Otherwise, it's the tradeable version.

Based on the intel I have learned already, the tradeable ones are apparently more rare than the untradeable ones.
