#1
Not sure if there is much extra to read into, but I haven't seen it posted here yet so i figured I might as well.

It looks like we will be getting Monster Survival next patch...

Didn't we already know this from last patch's extra items? :f6:

If you read it it's in past tense. Meaning the author implies that it already happened. But it didn't. So the author fails.

How did this random website get this information that isn't posted anywhere in the Maplestory website? o_o;;

Also if this is true, just Monster Survival seems pretty disappointing.

Massively is a pretty well known gaming news site. o.o

Also, lame patch... for now.

Quote:MapleStory is introducing two new areas to their players, less than two months after an extensive content update

Are they suggesting that this is too soon for a new area....?

What they forget is that Nexon American didn't MAKE Aran, and just copypasta'd it right out of KMS. That was not that big of a deal to be added.

You guys can't expect massively large patchs every month. That's what MSEA does and they are running out of content/hackers are destrying it. I am ok with a small new patch, it will give me time to settle things on my characters and lvl my aran.

BTW, What's there for us to get ?:

- Neo Tokyo
- Krexel's Area (Forgot the name of it)
- Ship in the sea of mist
- Evan (phss)
- Rebalancing patch (lol)

What else?

Ah, can't agree more; especially since I always say the same thing in these matters. While we may not get super-huge-awesome patches each month, but instead have a big content patch, followed by a few small ones, then another big one--which I find to be a better formula than always getting something big.

Anyways, it was fully expected that we'd get Monster Cleanup Subway and Pyramid places. I'm guessing it'll also be a few little events along with it and a Gachapon update and then eventually we'll get to Neo Tokyo (or the low-leveled Kerning City version).

No one ever said we want big patches. Everyone has their own standards for what makes a patch s'hit or not.

Content that does not apply to me = s'hit. Content that slightly applies to me but isn't that great (ie. this) = boring.

Kaede castle.

Honestly if the could start with that soon, I'd be pretty satisfied for 5+months. Especially since it'd mean we would get Neo Tokyo.

Well as I said before, there is not much content to expect in the next months that could apply to high lvls aside Neo Tokyo and the Singapore expansion-
Although we already have purple witch belts, the Pharaoh Belts might be a good addition for every one.
