what does this mean? (need people with network knowledge)

So I got a fake nexon europe newsletter... and the newsletters links are like this:
Code:
http://mail.lemonmail.co.kr:8080/filter/clickDetecter.jsp?campaignID=3685&duplicationYN=N&targetIndex=[$targetIndex]&encoding=yes&maillink=false&email=horus-master@hotmail.com&url=http://en.maplestory.nexoneu.com/article.aspx$q$idx$e$1300542&linkID=90519&type=click
clicking on it redirects me to nexon europe's official website, but I'm wondering what else is going around when I clicked this link.

If you get a URL in a *fake* nexon europe newsletter and don't know what it does, perhaps it would be better to not click it and instead just delete the email.

That's a really awkward link. I'm a Networking major, and I ...don't exactly understand that url, to be honest. Doesn't look legit though. Hmm. Common rule of thumb ; What you don't understand, don't touch.

Code:
campaignID=3685
duplicationYN=N
targetIndex=[$targetIndex]
encoding=yes
maillink=false
email=horus-master@hotmail.com
url=http://en.maplestory.nexoneu.com/article.aspx$q$idx$e$1300542
linkID=90519
type=click

uh. The input data, which is sent to some weird (lol) jsp-script which is named clickDetecter.jsp and goes to a korean server, most likely. What the script does, is impossible to know, but most likely a data-gatherer.

Since the data has your email address, at the very least they probably know you clicked it.
