Negative Rep.
#1
Okayy my bf is telling me how, he was in a family and had 0 rep, he was forced to leave the family due to his junior quitting I've heard about a penalty occuring where the person leaving loses rep. My Bf is now in the negative reps.. So out of curiosity, does it mean he will have to gain that -4444 rep before he can actually gain positive rep, or will it just reset back to 0..?

For some reason I think nexon may of forgotten to not allow rep to go into the negatives...:f6:

The new system gives a lot of power to the Juniors. If a Junior wants to leave, he loses a small chunk of money(Few million in 4th job?). (Nexon's fetish with inflation makes this even smaller <_<) But otherwise he loses nothing. Senior loses ALL his Rep from that junior. If they put a lower cap of 0 on it, you could still Rep farm by using all the Rep before getting a new Mule, which is what they aimed at stopping in the first place.

I think they could have done a better job with an anti-rep mule system.

you dont lose ALL your reps from that jr. i been switching around low lvl mules in the family under diff srs and i only lose 200-300 reps out of like 5-8k+ from that particular jr.

higher lvls will lose more reps (couple k). but never ALL the reps... or i wud be losing 100k+ reps on a certain chars ;]

I think this new system is ridiculous. I mean how is he to know that the person that was his junior would quit? So now he has to get back 4.4k rep... Why does it go into the negatives? It shouldn't go below 0. Mad

Oh, not ALL? Anyone have estimates on how much(ratio)?

It's not a ratio. I kicked a junior that got me 0 rep, and still got fined.
I believe it's a fixed amount that depends on the junior's level.

Do you lose more rep if you kick a junior or if the junior leaves you? Or is it the same?
