why is lightning so weak in cpq?

is there a reason why lightning does like half the damage in cpq? it's kinda annoying...

Are they light-strong?

All monsters in CPQ are lightning-resistant.

Because it has to be balance for all the other races. If lightning did like 1k x 6 monsters Lightning mages would rule CPQ.

I don't cpq in part because robos are fire resistant, and that's 2/3rds of the maps.
