Rep change permanent or temporary?

Title says it all for my question. Is it? I'd like to know so I can decide whether to be a scrooge on my rep and save it for 18x-200 or not. I was sure I was told it was temporary for around Thanksgiving time, but now I forgot.

The -30% reduction in rep needed to use an entitlement is what I'm confused about. Example is 2x Party EXP went from 5,000 rep to 3,500 (which is huge). I swear that it was temporary, but now I don't know.

I think he means that at one point in time, all entitlements were reduced in the amount of rep needed to use them. For example, Party 2x EXP was originally 5k rep, but now it's 3.5k rep. He's asking if this change was temporary or not.

Essentially, there is no source stating this is permanent, so all we can do is wait. I for one do not think this is staying so I am using my rep to the best of its ability

I think they just messed up, it's not even an event since the last time. Not that I'm complaining, training is easier now.

I'm not sure if it's still there, but those Cassandra events from a while ago (free owl, tele rock, more exp for quests, etc.) notices were still popping up, well after the event ended, so one can only assume nexon "forgot" to take it out, which wouldnt be a surprise at all.

I wasnt referring to winning notices, but the yellow ones telling you that today, you get extra exp for completing quests and stuff.
