Reobtaining Medals

I was wondering if there was a way for a user to reobtain medals that have been dropped, such as Quest Specialist Medal or Master Adventurer.

Anyone know?

Quest Specialist is simple. You just drop it, make sure you're not challenging any other titles, get the quest and complete it again.

Master Adventurer is permanently gone if you drop it.

Master Adventurer is permanently gone if you drop it.

It seems more like an unintended feature than anything, but that's how I go about reclaiming my Master Adventurer Medal.

Nope, combo medals are through Cassandra and the quest completes once you get Combo King. Dalair has nothing to do with it.

And besides that it's an event medal. lol.
