A cintiq has the best pressure sensitivity amongst them. Drawing on paper has a different feeling than drawing on a screen and I hate to if my tablet is off by the slightest sensation. But I haven't been too concern with em, I haven't been doing much digital art. Fujitsu stylistics (the older models) can be brought on ebay for REALLY REALLY cheap, or you can buy the parts and rebuild your own. When it comes to these things...you get what you paid for. I'd stick with anything wacom, I think some Japanese brands do well but most of the pen-able stuff I have used utilize Wacom drivers anyways.
