Error with Charging NX(Paypal)

Whenever I try charging NX today I get the Error that its a high risk transaction and that I need to confirm my billing address and make sure nothing is interfering. My address is correct and I charged NX just two days ago on my paypal account. I have tried this on two computers and there are no limits on my paypal so why cant I charge and is anyone else experiencing this problem?

If you charge more NX than usual within a short period of time, they'll prevent you from charging for a little while (at least that's how it happened for me). I just had to wait a day or so and then I was able to charge again.

Once again, there is nothing wrong with any of my info, nor am I trying to hide my IP address and I live in the service area(MI).

As Jaruddd said, it might just be an issue from your spending habits changing. "High risk" could refer to the higher chance that the info is stolen, since the 'rightful' owner tends to not spend NX that way. <-How Nexon sees it
Nexon hates paypal users, so it's not unerasonable. D:

It's just pissing me off that I can't charge a measly $5 of NX just so I can 4x during two of the events. Nexon needs to learn to accept my money.....

Too many scamming Israelis or something has lead Nexon to hate paypal users. :|
I'm honestly surprised that you can still buy 2x with paypal.
