When does Fame Reset?

I know you can only fame "once a day", but when does that reset? Midnight I assume.
What about faming the same person. "Once a month" is what I'm told. When does that reset? 30 days after faming, or midnight on the 1st of every month?

For the second question: It must be 30days after you famed someone.

I'm fairly sure it's 24 hours after you fame someone you can fame again. Nevermind then.

And yeah, 30 days after you fame someone you can fame them again.

I know for sure that fame resets at midnight. (for 1st question)
