How should I plan out my hero?

I was wondering how I should plan out my future hero because I just like planning things out in general. So far, I have a base of 40 dex and blessing of fairy 5, and I estimated that I would have enough acc to hit skelegons at 120. Currently, the slots that are not used that have items which can have w.atk are gloves, sword, shield, cape, and belt. I am currently wondering what would be the most efficient combination with 750m and then what would be the most efficient combination with 1.7B. (I have a merchanting plan but I am not sure whether or not it is going to work.)

My ideas are: (750m)
-120atk 2H sword for around 350m
-11atk SCG hammered 130m
-5atk PAC 0 slots 200m
(Not sure about rest)

My ideas are: (1.7B)
-16~18atk Maple shield 700~1B
-11atk SCG hammered 130m
-Reverse 1H sword (I would use the rest of my mesos to scroll this, this could include using vega scrolls to scroll it.)

I think you should focus on bringing up your Accuracy so you can hit Oblivion Guardians at a good rate.

If you really want to be money efficient, I'd suggest going Stonetooth/Night Raven Wing sword accompanied with Dex equips. For example, a 117 attack Stonetooth/Night Raven Wing is similar to a 124 1h Sword + 16 att Shield (attacking speed is also the same). The only difference is the higher dex (which would help you with Oblivion Guardians!), and inability to use Guardian but most people don't really care for that skill.
