How do I make it smaller?

You crop it. What editing program do you have?

Nearly everyone has Paint, so let's use that. Open it in Paint. Go to the Image menu and click Attributes. Units should be pixels. Now edit the width and height to the forum requirements. (I don't know this forums requirements...)

EDIT: Or... that doesn't work.

If it doesn't work, I'm clueless. It fits the 125 by 125 pixels or 64.0 KB requirement.
