Marauder/Bucc Question

1)I was wondering if most fists after 70 were fast (4) or fast (5).

2)I'm assuming they are fast(5) and I want to ask if SI at 11+ helps the bucc more than SI 1-10. From what I hear hear SI 11+ does not help the marauder because the speed cap is at fastest(2). Can anyone confirm it does not help?

3) Also, I'm a rather weak gear-wise Marauder. I'm training at Gallopera at the moment and I'm getting around 2 million EXP an hour. People suggested that I train at Newties but there aren't really parties on my server (Demethos). I was wondering how the solo exp there was.
I'm level 113, my attack range is 1523~2774 (pretty bad). I'm in the process of getting better gear (Scarlion, Knuckle, Dex Equips) but the Maple Golden Claw suits my purposes for the moment.

2/ Doesn't help yourself, speed cap is Fastest(2), but everyone and their mom would want SI11.

1) Fast (5).
2) It doesn't help at all. Get it anyway, but not prioritize it.
3) Galloperas is your best bet. Newt parties are OK exp.
