My Quest for 80 DEX

Er since when u reach 200, ur dex has to be 23 (str capped at 999, 19 xtra ap flys to dex)
so 23 base dex hiya

Its unreasonable for 95%+ of maplers to base their stat builds on this thinking, as almost every mapler will not make it to 200.

Also, 80 isn't that hard, my aran has 75 and my cape and shoes give no dex.
