[1.2.274] Scroll changes

The other day I spoke about a new kind of scroll entering the market. They changed those scrolls.

Seems like they got worse...well, at least the more times you use it. In the beginning it got better.
#5
I doubt I will ever use something like this. I cant even get 70% to work.
#6
These will be so much fun to play with.
#7
I will give congratulations to anyone who passes the last one.

Last 3 scrolls are. Not sure if i like these scrolls, maybe for the first 2, then another type of scrolls after.
#9
I'm confused, is it the more times you land a scroll the higher the percentage of the scroll to fail/break?
If so, wtp!?

These scrolls use no slots.

Yeah pretty much.

Hm, after reading Fiel's post about the scrolls i retract my statement.
The scrolls are good considering they don't take up a slot.
#12
So do these scrolls work even if there are no slots left? If so, does this mean Nexon's item locks are no longer 100% safe anymore? Is there some sort of indication on the item of how many times such a scroll has been used? If there it works by calculating the number of slots you have left, does that mean you should use these scrolls first, because the last slot will be 7% work rate, or does it just mean the first one used on the item always starts at 70%? And wouldn't 70% dark scrolls be better? The bomb rate is absurd.

Sorry for so many questions.

This probably means really nice clean weapons will go up a lot. People would want to throw a few of these on the item first before using other types of scrolls since it doesn't take up slots. Hopefully it doesn't have a requirement like "must have 0 slots left to use these scrolls". The last few are just insane, its like using 30% scrolls on an almost finished item (success rate is lower than exploding rate).

1. Not sure
2. Probably.
3.Not sure.
4. If you do your first yes, it stays if you fail it and doesn't break.
5. Yes and no.
- Past 4, it's extremely risky.
- It consumes no slot, while 70% do.
- It can be used on ANY item with slots, except the select few with specific scrolls(I.E. HTP,spiegelmann, etc). While 70% are specific to one item, which can be frustrating.
Edit: OT: Not sure if might want.

What kind of weird scrolls are these? o_O

I'm not sure if I understood correctly how they work, but whatever.

They don't take up slots. You can (obviously) use as many as you want. The success/break rate of the scroll depends on how many of the scroll you have passed already.

If the first one you used didn't work, the next one will have the same pass/break rate as if you had never used one. If the first one worked, the next one will have a decreased/increased pass/break rate.

I was under the impression that even if the first one didn't work, the second one would have an increased chance to break it.

*Shrugs*

and I thought you could only use the scrolls 5, 7, or 10 times...

So why are there three tables for success/curse rates? :<
I'm confused.

There's three different types of scrolls. One for 5 slot items, one for 7 slot items, and one for 10 slot items.
