Kerning Night Market added without coupons, all Zipangu quests removed.

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
Self-explanatory.
They added Kerning City Night Market without translating what the NPCs say, and with no coupons to use, and removed all most World Tour quests without removing World Tour itself.

Please avoid entering the portal located in the bottom right area of Kerning City. This portal leads to an area still under development, and attempting to take the portal leads to players being trapped on the map.

This sadly isn't a bug. And World Tour quests weren't removed for me.

Only the KMS Zipangu quests were removed for us, and only if you had them available/in progress. The ones in Mushroom Shrine like Hanako's foxtail wardrobe, the weirder showa ones are still there cause they weren't in KMS.

I did notice the Marikawa's Purse quest somehow forced back into my available list, so I guess that has to do with this?

Then again, I still haven't heard of anyone else lvl 120+ having CPQ2 quest stuck in their available since it came out, so I may just have a bugged quest list.

EDIT: Scratch that, apparently it's the quest that was for under level 40 prior to the patch in my list.

Would this be an indicator that we might get Msea type world tour content now, and not KMS(fail) type expansions.
