What special ability do you have?
#21
Guessing. For some reason I'm really good at it. For example, I was at my friend's house and we were playing Scene It. Before it showed any clue or hints, I guessed Ghostbusters and got it right, somehow.. I also did that by guessing Harrison Ford. Lawl

I can make complete U's with my thumbs. My other fingers(tips) also get pretty close.
Move each eyebrow by itself.

There's other various things that I can do that you'll have to see to understand. o_O

Blankout Wrote:Oh my god, I can do pretty much all of that too!

I can also sit and stare into nothingness for 1+ hour(s) straight.

Ohh I can do that too. I always seem to be preoccupied with one thing or another that it seems like an endless flow of thoughts or memories. So for the most part, if my mind isn't required to do work, that's what it'll be doing. It sucks cuz on days when I'm really "not here", I can't stfu it too well. Fortunately, it does help passing time when I'm at work. :3

From ^ that, I can also be reading something -- actually reading, but thinking about something else. When I'm not required to speed read through something, it's read aloud in my head, so instead of processing the information read, I'll be thinking about something else all the while the stuff's still being read aloud inside my head. The two sources of "information" crashes into eachother eventually. This also sucks cuz if I'm required to read something, I'll finish the article and respoond with a "huh?" when someone asks me what it's about. *coughschoolcough* >.>

-I can repetitively snap my wrist for about 1.5 mins without waiting for it to refresh (or whatever it is that happens to joints between when you can snap them and when you can't).
-I have an eyelid scar from getting kicked in the face by a kid wearing ice skates.
-I can predict reactions fairly well based on what I know of people I know and even most of the general populous.
-I can put misfortune behind me and turn it into a positive. (I mean what are the odds of a semi-truck running through your home because of improper hill parking? Insurance and a fear of lawsuit certainly pays thoughExcellent)
-I can play 2 PS2 controllers against each other one handed each (really odd job requirement for one of my assignments, but I mastered it)
-And a couple of my IRL friends think I can control the weather for some reason or another and claim they have evidence for it >.> (I once wished for a a storm to cancel class so I could have more time on an assignment {having moved from northern central USA to south cali, I knew it was impossible but I still wanted a T-Storm} and as it turned out, we had a firestorm delay class for 2 weeks >.> [Remember kids: Be careful what you wish for!])

I can see the future sometimes.

I think of something and picture it in my mind, usually something totally random I don't know why I think it, and it happens in the future randomly. (usually happens over years.)- This has made me scared of some of my dreams. o.O

I can tell when someones lying very easily.

I annoy the pomegranate out of people and own them so easily with simple phrases, making them not be able to come up with something to say back.

My thumb is double-jointed.

Beloved Wrote:I can do that too. Big Grin lol It's funny watching their disgusted reactions when I do fancy double-jointed things. Rolleyes

I can..
  • do the f6 eyebrow thing: left eyebrow up, right eyebrow down
  • curl my tongue
  • put my feet behind my head
  • twist the top joint of my thumb backwards a full 180 degree (by top joint, I mean by the joint closest to your fingernail) Pic (the thumb, on the camera)
  • bend only the top joint in all my other fingers with the bottom two joints held straight. My right hand is weaker though. (I'd probably have to take a picture of that for you to get it lol)
  • I'm also fairly good at reading people by first impression
  • I can be overly empathic if I let myself be. (def'n: empathy, ability to feel or understand what others feel. >.>

Wow... I can do the f6 thing but with my right brow raised instead.

Oh, and I can lift one side of my upper lip to look like what Elvis use to do Big Grin

i have really good memory, not photographic, but pretty good. i still remember my first ever home phone number and the first phone number of a schoolmate (i learned his phone number when we were in 3rd grade, i'm 24 now, he's had about 4 different numbers since then). i usually remember random things i didn't even try to memorize.

i have this "ability" to emulate almost perfectly any accent. i can read french and make people think i speak fluent french when in reality i don't know much of it, or almost any other language.

i have a big ass vocabulary, i usually know words and their meaning without looking them up first.

and the usual tongue in "u", and finger bending stuff...
