Lol Tiger was hilarious at the end. And dang, I can't believe he made a 23 minute video...they're all usually ten....

I really dislike Dray and his movies personally.
Dray himself acts like he's full of himself on forums such as SleepyWood, and at one point asked for donations. I honestly think he makes movies so people will adore him and give him money.

Then his actual movies... They are really badly written.
He abuses every anime trope available.

When you get right down to it, his movies are mediocre cliches.

That's what makes him famous: The clicheness of it. I remember him asking for donations as well and even made a sarcastic/satirical blog post on it

I still stick with the opinion I had in it a good half a year ago: He's the best at making the mediocre and its popular.

Clicheness and all aside, I still watched the whole thing. Overrated? Perhaps. However, you cant deny that he spent a lot of time on it. Its a decent watch and I follow the series when it comes out, just to see "what the hype is" but in the end, its just... well, nothiing special with all the mimics of it and whatnot these days.

Magus, are we going to see a banned story version of this any time soon? xD (Every time I watch that video, I laugh a bit inside. I dont know why but... I find it epicly funny >_>)

Lol, 3/5 at best.

I admit the grapics were nice and flashy
BUT
a lot of the fights had the same frames over and over again, except angled differently (Refer to the Manji vs Tiger fight as well). There was a lot of talking which I hate, and he tries to be funny when he's not. >_>

XFD THAT video. I wrote the description JUST to piss people off, and my god it worked. I was considering making a bannedstory movie of the same nature.

Okay...now that you guys put it that way...

I never really talked with dray, so I wouldn't know that he has a big ego.

I also don't really know that he asks for donations (ignorant, am I?)

Still, no denying it's better than many other bannedstory animations out there.

To tell the truth, the story itself is cliche, everything in the video is cliche.

BUT.

It's how he animates and transforms what you see in a lot of cartoons/animes and almost perfectly transforms them into...well, MS form. For once I can say (And I never ever say this): It's not about the story, it's about the looks.

Yeah, sure it's cliche, but it is entertaining, I'll say that much. I watched the whole 24 minutes and wasn't bored by it at any part.

Agreed. The "plot", is ill-contrived.
Though one has to admit the animation he does, is pretty cool.
