Aran Rings

This may have already been established, and if so I am sorry for re-asking it. We're all aware that Aran's get attack rings at 70. My question is, how many of those rings can a single character wear? All four slots? Just one?

I'm also curious about this ring, I'd like to know the stats of it also and if it's tradeable.

Just one per character.

Stats: +3 to Weapon and Magic attack, +3 to all stats, and some HP and MP.

KoC at launch resulted in (those who did the work) 12 attack/acc/avoid, so why not? If people go through the trouble of making 4 level 50s they should be given 4 rings.

Not sure exactly how long, but I'm sure other versions had 3 or 4 months. Correct me if I'm wrong.
