Well, if elemental weapons for warriors is released... paladins are screwed.
Unless paladins gets damage bonus if they use the same element charge as the weapon.

Chances are that it will add to the elemental ability, not assign it. This means that Paladins will get an extra elemental advantage. I believe this because of how it looks in the data:

S50 = 50% Poison

WTF. Mages get shafted... so, so badly.

8.2% chance at getting a 7atk cape.
4.7% chance at getting a 9atk cape.
1.2% chance at getting a 11atk cape.

What the hell? That means on average, you can get a 9atk cape every 21 pqs...
Let's not forget that these capes can be chaos'd too if you're afraid to bomb them all the way through with that 100% curse rate. >_>

The translation for the items are "scrolls for one-handed weapon" and "scrolls for two handed weapon." They have nothing to do with the cape.

Even if paladins WERE hitting the same damage as heroes beforehand, lets just for the sake of it, say 50k, they would now be hitting less because of these weapons anyway.

Paladin hits 50k before, they now hit 50k *(4/3)= ~67k
Hero hits 50k before, they now hit 50k *(3/2)= 75k

Nexon loves paladins!

Edit: this is assuming it's not going to stack as a 1.5 multiplier on top of everything else, and will add to the current elemental % bonus. Even if it does go the x1.5 route, paladins don't hit as much as heroes anyway, so this solves nothing.

They're making this game uncalculatable by simple DPS charts D:

Do Shadowers / Buccaneers / Arans also get elemental / critical bonuses?
