She slipped it out in IRC a few times, I was there one time. Personally, it doesn't matter, and as far as I'm concerned, that's how Spidey likes to post.

This thing I found right here when I was reading conversations to piece together what that "What if I'm not the hero? What if I'm the villain" thing was all about, and will answer a lot of questions for you.

Since I let it slip early on these forums, I didn't really have much chance to cover up. I did keep ambiguous for a bit. Bacon asked me around my first week if I was a girl. I was surprised, because people usually assume I'm a male first thing because of my username and the way I post. I didn't give him a solid yes or no, but I made the mistake of slipping it a bit later over IRC.

It's not as if I'm enjoying it. I feel a bit awkward about it, but if I pretty much give a "yes, it's not a big deal" answer and let it go then it'll pass by. Eventually it will probably just fade away when people get over the initial shock.
