Spaz Wrote:Are the any level 40 quests other than the dark elves' remains quest and the pvp quest that give SP books?

No clue. I put off doing much on my Launcher to take my mind off that. I don't wanna waste the experience Sad
How do we get the different skills from Albert? I have them on my slayer but he doesn't give me the option for skills on my bm. I finished all his quests on both characters.
MasPan Wrote:As for Lorianne, she's in the opposite direction of the boss (whichever side he's on, she's the other way). Simply break her cage and talk to her and you finished the quest.
Oh, thanks. Blush

Odd O.o

Albert only gives skills to Slayers, Fighters, and Gunners.
Any tips for dealing with brawlers in pvp? I got owned pretty hard by one, I only won 1 match out of 7 or so. Getting comboed for nearly half my hp hurts, and then I get comboed again as soon as I get up. Unlike most people who make it easy for me and give me plenty of room to use my grenades and crossmore, this brawler just got in my face and stayed there.

The fighter class is really fast, they're able to grab and combo you on the ground as well as abuse super armor. What class are you btw?

And wow Albert doesn't like mages =[
Yeah well... not that many skills from other classes would benefit battle mages IMO...

well... yeah you from have witches: black mantle, the dust skills, and from elementalist ice wall and thats it, at least IMO

Eh, Battle Mages have a superior grab in the flingy attack and dust skills would suck because their damage is based on physical damage. BMs and witches already have enough crossover skills imo. Witches borrow the whole Dragon Fang -> Uppercut -> Palm Blast thing.

I'm a spitfire.
Weeee. Computer reformatted. Feels so much more clean. Mas, is that guide that you started in the Gunner section an outline of the beginner section, or is that the guide itself being started?

Another grab, which is AoE btw, is never bad to have, AND the dusts would still be useful, MORE damage in exchange of nothing, yes please.

And witches don't "borrow" they need those to not to suck on pvp Goggleemoticon

Besides disenchant... I don't see battle mages getting another crossclass skill...

Death Dust causes your attacks to deal magic damage instead of physical damage. Battlemages have higher physical attack than magic attack. Hm.

And I say borrow because half of my skills are under the "Battle" tab.
oh right replace... not add, still, then, thats 2 skills less xd
Manteau would help every class, Ice wall rocks and for summoners you could take one of the low tier summons like wisp.

It's the guide itself. I'll make a seperate thread with links to them all once they're all finished (seperate threads allows each section to easily be updated by its author).
Anyone wanna give me a good Witch build? Or any skills that are really recommended? Smile
HighOnMushrooms Wrote:Anyone wanna give me a good Witch build? Or any skills that are really recommended? Smile

Pick 2-3 elements. Max the befriend masteries and get all the minimum skill levels for those elements.

Notes on which elements to get:
Ice (Jack Frost) - I'd definitely get this, because Mega Drill is one of the best moves Witches get
Light (Florae) - Enhanced Magic Missle is one of the most used spells, and Broomstick Spin is just hilarious. I dunno about Florae Collider, but this is a pretty good element to have for both PvP and PvE.
Fire (Jack O' Lantern)- excellent AoE lineup. Very useful for PvE.
Dark (Pluto) - this is the PvP element to have for Witches. This is my favorite element because I make use of the Witch aerial melee abilities a lot. Death Dust is almost a necessity if you're meleeing and Flyswatter is a very fast aerial attack that does a lot of damage and has a wide reach. I hear good things about Gravitas, too, but I haven't had personal experience with it yet.

I'm a PvP witch, so I chose to go Ice/Light/Dark. I have 3 Jackyl and 1 Lava Potion for zoning purposes, but I have to rely on Lollipop to prevent them from failing too often. Jackyl is pineappleING USELESS if it fails, which really sucks. That's my only regret for choosing to drop Fire.
Wow...for the first time since outer wall I found an enjoyable dungeon: First spine. Did silver daily then spent all my fatigue there. Ended up at 7x% o-o
Friend and I went with 2 randoms each time. Somehow I ended up with all of pokin's pots lol xD

Bm just reached outer wall lvl. It's gonna be a tough 5 lvls lol.

Yea, 1st spine is my favorite dungeon thus far. The boss fight is my absolute favorite one. Can't wait to get there on my SB.
