You mostly don't. Once you complete the challenge, the title gets added into your obtained medals list.

yea, you drop them. They stay recorded. I just recently started dropping cus it took up 2/3 of my inv. but if you wanna equip again... tough luck Eek

They should definitely make medals stop taking space in your equip slots, and just click the medal on your collection list whenever you wanna equip one... Glitter

I have more medals than this and have collected and thrown medals away in the past, but the Japanese only medals don't show up in the collection. =/
