Does 2x drop REALLY effect PoT drop rates?

I don't quite have the accuracy to test this myself at the moment and was wondering if any1 has definitive results.

If you have numbers, 25,000 or more would give a good definitive idea.

Pieces aren't even listed as drops for the monster cards either, mistake or does it mean something?

2x drop affects every items' droprate. And as for not showing up in the Monster Book drops, it's a mistake. Mainly the Maker items such as Magic Powders and Stimulators, and obviously, event drops.
