The right to distribute, sell, or manufacture a beverage.

Some restaurants have beer pouring rights, or a license to sell beer.

Some bottling plants have Coke pouring rights, or a license to sell Coke.

As the name implies, the right to pour.

In Mexico, you get shot by local authorities if you pour anything. Only the designated village/city pourer can pour. This means if you're thirsty, you have to rely on someone else to pour your water. Need soup? Hope you're not planning on pouring it in the bowl yourself.

Thanks!

What about "First refusal rights", "Presenting title rights" and "Naming title rights"?

Loose Wrote:"Presenting title rights" and "Naming title rights"?

Mexicans cannot name their children, the government does that for them. Mexicans cannot present their name in any manner that isn't verbal. This means they cannot write their names out, or they will be shot by local authorities.

Right of First Refusal is when a person has the ability to make the first offer before a seller can go anywhere else.

For example, consider Smith owns a house and Jones has first refusal rights on the house. In order for Smith to be able to sell his house to anyone that might want to buy, he must first ask Jones if he would like to buy it. If and only if Jones says "No, I don't want to buy it" can Smith attempt to sell the house to other potential buyers. Therefore, Jones will always be the first person to be asked if he'd like to buy the object he has First Refusal over.

If Smith sells the house to a person without asking Jones if he would like to purchase it first, Jones can file a breach of contract lawsuit and block the sale of the house.

Aighty, thanks a bunch, Fiel!

These were things that came up while filling a form to ask for sponsorship for an event. Didn't know where else to ask and Google was showing us weird results.

Thanks again!
