Just based on that video, they really don't seem that overpowered. Some of the lower level moves seem to become useless, to be honest.

Based off that vid, you can also assume that the skills aren't even maxed, and the fact that it is lvl 125, tells you once it hits 15x and higher it will be pretty high up in the dmg tier ne?

You also have to figure that this is a tespia server. These people are not overly concerned with stats or equips. A well-equipped mage at that level will likely be double his strength, if not triple.

Well unlike other classes, mages can't really be powered up a lot... from 1000 matt to 1200 matt is only 20% more damage...
Sadly, Magicians are all about skills and character levels, not equips or stats... Since you can't boost skill's base attack with scrolls or equips or potions....
Anyway... from what I can see in the vid, -even- if the damage gets doubled... I'm totally not impressed... Better then AM's maybe, but not even close to Aran's...
