How do you use the :blush: emote?

So far I've seen people using it to mean sincerity, embarrassment, or to mean "<3". How do you use it?

I have every single emote on this site blocked. I never see any of them. When people use them, it's a blank space. Feels excellent, man.

I don't use any emotes for any real purpose. I hardly use any emotes at all. When I do, it's usually just because I felt my post was a bit too plain and needed a little extra at the end. Usually that means Ducky, Beanie poo, or Goggles. I've used the Elephant like 1 time before, and I don't even remember what it was for. Maybe it was just random usage.

What exactly is the point of blocking emotes? There's a lot of times when someone uses like an f3 and if it's not there you get a totally wrong impression of what he tried to say.
