constantly getting the blue screen, and im not sure whats causing it
I havent installed any new software lately, and I cant use system restore to fix it
I cant even run a full virus scan, always going to the blue screen
any recommendation on what I should do?

have you tried booting into safe mode and running the various checks?

And does it say anything special? sometimes windows writes what is the driver causing the BSoD.

Run Memtest86+ and see if you have any RAM errors. If you get them, then the RAM is causing the BSODs and will have to be replaced.

at the very top of the BSoD you should have the type of BSoD, that's more helpful.
