Are they bugged?

I just submitted a ticket and it was closed immediatly without any response.

Sounds like they're working as intended...

Looked in my email, seems like Feedback tickets get auto-closed and are not responded directly, though their auto-email assures me it will be read and considered...

Well, let's hope for the best.

I'm having the opposite problem. I submitted a ticket over a week ago and it still isn't closed.
