Bartos Pet Quests using Bartos Juice

So long ago Bartos favorite juice was added to the pet merchants for 100k. And no one knew what it was for (at least no one I ever talked to).

Reacently I aquired a pet Robo from the Cash Shop suprise and I was using it while I was training a reacently made character on the account. I was doing quests to get to lvl 20 and I noticed new quests in the Event section. Both were pet quests from Bartos. I figured one was the Multi-Pet one but I wondered what the other was so I went to talk to Bartos.

Bartos said that he noticed that I had reacently aquired a new pet and that he could provide additional training while it was still young but that he needed me to aquire a special item for him (almost the same chat for both quests). One quest was regarding Pet Speech and the other was regarding Pet Commands. I checked the quest information and the quest helper said it wanted Bartos favorite juice for both quests. So I went and bought two and turned in the quests.

The Pet Command quest gave me a new command /petcome which apparently makes the pet appear right next to you instead of where ever it was before. (Similar to how a pet will tele next to you after you get too far away from it by moving faster than it does.)

The Pet Speech apparently causes my pet to say something at random times. When I lvl up it says something like, "Congradulations, but you still got a ways to go to catch my lvl." Or if I afk for awhile it will sometimes say, "I'm board, lets do something fun." The chat is interesting because while I don't have a pet ring for the colored pet quotes these quotes appear in blue (same color as the baby robo).

Now I thought that was interesting and checked my pets on other accounts to see if they could do the quest. But I haven't seen the quest again yet.

So specificly, I was able to do the quest with a lvl 15-19 Rogue with a lvl 7 Robo.

I have not been able to do the quest with 120+ characters with a lvl 14 Snowman or a lvl 16 Monkey.

While the quest was in progress I looked in the quest information and saw that it was available to lvl 10+.

Anyone have any information on this quest? Does your quest have to be purchased after a certian time? Does your character have to be under a certian lvl? Does your pet have to be under a certian lvl? Does it only work on certian pets? Does your character have to be new?

This quest is only for the Robo pet. I did it on a baby Robo and both of the effects/skills worked fine. As you evolve it though, you loose the skills, bug or working as intended I cannot say.
