Permanent Kino has no sound effects

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
Just as the title says. when using pet commands, the permanent Kino makes no sounds. I haven't tested all the commands yet, since it's not level 30 yet, but so far no commands below level 10 have sound. Even when it refuses to listen to a command, it has no sound. I'm sure my sound effects are on, because I'm training and hear everything fine. I've even restarted the client a few times, but nothing.

They forgot to add sounds for the three permanent pets, cool!

I bought permanent Kino too, and I've noticed other bugs as well. I have already logged my ticket, but I ignored this, since I don't know much about pets (this is my first one), and I didn't know he was supposed to have sound effects.

What I've noticed is:
1. When you reach level 10, and you say sleep, he will sit instead, AND you will gain closeness because of that, I kept trying for about a couple of hours and I finally got him to sleep... ONCE.

2. There are no pet quests available, and I've read there are quests for pet owners.

3. There are no command skill books for Kino on any of the Pet Merchant Shops. The only one who will tell you commands about Kino, is a Pet NPC who's in Henesys' Mushroom Park near the HPQ NPC, he has a straw hat and a cane, I can't remember his name tho.

Let's hope they fix this.

If you mean they are under the same ID, no they aren't.

Nexon: the company that is so eager to get money that it takes your money first and fixes their fuuck-ups later, or usually not at all.

Because it has a different description.

I have the same problem with my White Tiger, which was gifted to me.

I doubt it's the gifting that glitched them, the pets themselves probably don't have sound added to them since Nexon made a separate item for permanent pets.

It would have been smarter to just give out the normal versions of the pets, and just take away the expiration date.

OR even better!
Make the new pets, but copy and paste EVERYTHING from their expiring counterparts onto the newer version, except for the description, which is the only reason they made them separate pets in the first place. That way, sounds and quests worked fine.

I can't even log a ticket about it, because I get an error when I hit submit.

I also cannot do the Kenta's Advice quest with my Tiger, but I can with my non-permanent Kino. Does anyone else have this problem?

Seconded. For me this was so true that I was 15x on my Bishop, grinding on Newts since 12x, and I never heard the game music until I decided to turn the sound on for the first time to hear the background music and sound effects. Turned it off 2 minutes later.

We should compile all the bugs the Permanent pets currently have...

I'll add some from the perm Yeti:

• "Poop" command has a low chance of interacting with the pet
  
• No "Kenta's advice" quest like any other (FFFFUUUUUUUUuuuu-)
  
• Probably no sound, I'll test later.

Yeah I want sounds on my kino too ;__;
