Do the event artifacts drop from Malaysian monsters?

Seeing how they don't drop from Zipangu mobs (or at least from what I've seen of my 5-minute Hime massacre), probably not.

They probably only drop from stuff that is in KMS unless GMS went out of there way to change stuff.
