After the patch that made balanced furies rechargeable outside NLC, I'd like to say everywhere, but if that's not true, you should be able to charge em at Showa, just like the oranges.

They drop from some of the mobs in Malaysia now.

Nexon made a mistake. They will be rechargeable in a few patches.
