Are there any Aran-only equipment relating to the ones in the preview?

No. Any equip which will work for warriors will work for Aran.

what is the polearm they use in the video? and the overall the character wears?

They do have a couple "special" equips but it's mostly just new noob stuff like Cygnus got the hat and overall.

That weapon is not CS. Its just a cover weapon during the opening sequence.
