Errrmm...What happened to the 1st job training quests?

So on my gunslinger, when it got to level 10, it was at about 90% when I made the advancement. Then, I completed the Path of a Pirate quest, and got to level 11. After adding points, I clicked the lightbulb on top of my head to receive my 1st job training quests, only to find that they weren't there. At the time, I didn't think anything of it, but now that the new quest chain is out, I want to find out just what happened to my 1st job quests

I just made a magician this morning and they work fine. Possibly a Pirate-only issue?

yeah it's def pirate only cause pirates get fucked over every damned fucking patch.
