Aran are comeing soon?!

Okay. Let's get some logic here.
Why do GMS has Aran quests in data? Take a look at KMS and compare those, GMS got almost everything in this patch, or were you thinking that 2xx MB were only Arans or normal content?
Why so many Aran information was gotten? Because GMS got lots of data, including this from KMS, and many other things, including event, Mushroom castle data and so.
But, what? Because Arans have an icy hometown, and use skills that are ice based, it makes it look wintery and acts like a reason to guess that it'll be in december? Seriously.
No one knows when they'll arrive, that's the truth.

Edit: About the artifact quest? Okay... Let me give enough reasons to convince that Arans are not related to those in GMS.
1- The event isn't even there, the stones doesn't even drop. 2- Gaga is only @ Malaysia, which can only explain that they forgot to delete this one, the others aren't there. 3- Like Isaac said, it was released when arans got released, which not means that those are related.

I mean just use your brain and think. They will definitely do some promotion and advertising before the launch of Aran. They will tell you 1 or 2 months in advance. Therefore, GMS will definitely not be getting Aran in December. Instead there are chances that GMS will be getting it in Jan or Feb 2010.

The data like Aran are added now so as to minimize the file size of the patch when it comes to the official launch of Aran.

All quests that are currently in the data but aren't active are set to january 1st afaik.

It would be nice of Nexon to go "LOOKIE! Surprise happy holidays!" and give us Arans in Decmber, but i don't think they like surprises too much so they're gonna be like "HEY! Happy New Year" instead and give us Aran in like March.

No, they don't activate January 1st. They just use that date as a placeholder. It's probably January 1st 2009 in the data if you look.

HEY GUYS, I HAVE A FUN IDEA, LETS PAY OUR TRANSLATORS TO TRANSLATE A BUNCH OF QUESTS THAT WE AREN'T EVER GOING TO USE. Despite the fact that they did something similar for both other job releases, and building hype is a good thing, and now they already the data there? Nah,why would they want to do that, that's stupid.

But yeah, I was expecting and full-heartedly hoping for Aran in December. Why? Simple: Christmas holidays. I never have much time during normal days, so if they released them during Christmas holidays it would have been just PERFECT.

I guess they won't do it, sadly. But it's their loss: a lot more children would have bought NX to fund their Arans in December.. there still will be a lot of people who will do that in January, but well, because of the holidays, many more people come back to Maple on Christmas, so yeah.. I bet they would have earned a little more money by releasing the Aran then.

I sincerely hope they'll release them with the December patch, even if everything tells that they probably won't (e.g.: quests' end date).. only thing left to do is hope.

Usually, the only thing we can count on is a Masteria expansion sometime in the summer.
