Original General Dungeon Fighter Thread

God... Nen masters are a pain in the ass to train... i kinda regret making my fighter one... but the bright side... 1 more level and i get to blast pomegranate away like mad.

Does anyone need to do Kiri's Challenge (Defeat Mirkwood with a minimum of C rank) on a alt or something? I forgot to do it and now I'm too strong and I kill them all in one hit, so no combos, meaning no style, meaning no C.

Solution: enter dungeon, leave immediately, enter dungeon again immediately. What should happen is that your frustration locks your stats to a super nerfed level so that the monsters don't die as fast.

Alternative solution: do the dungeon without a weapon.

It gets even more awesome when you reach level 25 and unlock Nen Guard.

Didn't know it gave you a s'hit ass weapon if you take your actual weapon off.

I once had to kill Binoche? (Blazing Graqarak boss) with broken tonfas. That was not fun, to say the least, and it took forever.

Not for me. I can get by with a level 5 Strike casted on myself. I had my weapon break a good 3 times in the middle of a dungeon. Fun stuff.

Just keep asking questions, and keep close attention to fixing your play style. It's a really good change of pace from Mapling.

What they don't tell you is that your Style and Tech score is further broken down into parts. The system is fairly complicated, but the basics of it is that if you keep on doing one method of scoring, you can only go so far. For example, if all you did for Tech is back attacks and counters (and no overkills), you'll never go above 57%.

Oh my goodness, I've failed solo Frozenheart basic for a quest three times in a row now. Frozenheart keeps getting killed before I even die myself. Geez, I don't get how to take them down when there are so many mobbing it and I can't strike them all because they're not all on my forward axis.

I made a Nen Master in 2 days. 50% and I haven't even touched Sky Tower. Abusing 2x is fun. Needed a tiny break from my Exorcist since it's really killing my index finger. ;-;

Hooray for Missing 2x because of Diablo 2 peepz making me go on a Hell Dungeon Run with them . Worst part is that I didnt get anything

Yeah that place can be intense on solo.

I've done it on Expert solo now. Naias summons make excellent distractions and punching bags xD
