Recently added Level 30+ Hunter Training Spots?

I've looked thru the guides many times but can't seem to find any recently updated ones, where is a good spot to train at from around Level 30 ~ 40?

Edit : I should probally add that I want training spots, not Carnival PQ before anyone says that.. O_0.

I went to those Iron Mutae thingies in Magatia. You can stand up on a platform and basically bomb em. Also I did jr. cellions for cash.
