Scarlion/Targa quests

I don't have a lot of time to get ingame, which quest chain do I need to have complete to fight these bosses?

Also, how many times a day can you fight, and what's the typical party setup?

All of Lam's quests. I can't help you when it comes to actually fighting the boss.

Are the spirits re-obtainable?

the only person in town that gives you quests called lam. he has 2 quests. one is a compilation of all the others. you ca go as many times as you want, to be leader you need 2 of the bear dolls not to sign up. a party is whoever you want to take. remember that scarlion does about 5k magic tops and 8k touch while targar can go to 8k both ways and has the pedo bear hug fro hell.

You can fight them indefinitely.

You talk to Lam near the portal in Kampung Village to start the quests.

And, 2 NLS, 2 Heroes, A dark or 2, a bishop, BM, and two buccaneers.

That's what I ran with last night, anyway.

you drop the dolls on the statues to summon the bosses.

there is a quest from lam that gives 2 back. all you need is 10 of those purple dolls. you can do it as many times as you want too.

Thought of another question... if I'm holding a Scarlion(STR) helm, can I only loot other helms he drops if they're Scarlion(DEX)? Or can I only have one of the two?

you can have a dex and a str at a time, same for luk and int. so you could have all 4 if you so wanted.

I can't remember scarlion ever hitting for more than 2.5k magic.

The "scarves" aren't scarves at all. It's a typo or something. If you look at your quest list, it will say "Carnival Master" or something of the sort. They're the purple things that drop from the cube monster (-doesn't know the name-) one map to the right of Kampung Village.

So which one is it? The blocks or the Lions?

Can't really SS anything once you've finished the quest; 'Finished Quest' log doesn't tell you anything, I just checked. It's definitely Rodeo's Master (the purple doll drop) from the cubes in Hibiscus Road 1 (one map right of Kampung Village).

Only thing is, the quests include quite a bit of collecting and killing, so make sure you have time to devote to these before you start. Great thing is, though, the mobs are nice, so they don't completely suck. The only thing that might suck, is getting your Gallopera kills/tails, since douchebag bishops now control that map on all channels. <_>
