Welcome to the very first Tournament here, in SOUTHPERRY. Now, how do you play?

ANSWER: YOU DON'T.

You are only responsible for the entry of your character! I may admit more than one character per person, if this goes well. What's easier than that!? Well, to entry a character, do this:

NOTE: I won't accept unoriginal/overpowered characters like Naruto, Naruto, or Naruto, to give a few examples. And if you do, and I accept them, have in mind that you are most likely going to loose in the most retarded way possible. They can be not maple related, as long as they are original, parodies, or stuff like that. Anything fitting on that square can make it, let it be a dinosaur from Jurassic Park, or a Hoompa Loompa from a Peruan Chocolate factory.

DONE. Now sit and relax. All battles are done by me, using a dice generator. I gain nothing from winning this, so I'll have my own entry, that I'll treat like any other character, and will serve as an example of how to make it.

I'll be accepting around 64 entries. And I'll make 1 match per day. This way, I hope to make an interesting thing easy to be made, and updatable. My entry will be on a separate post.

Alex the Ninja Pirate

Weapon of choice: Red Craven (Star-throwing claw)


Character skills:

Summon Terry:
-Summons his shadow partner, named Terry, to aid in battle. Terry will act independently like another character, but with less power. All pain suffered is shared between them, but not the damage.

Triple Throw:
-Throws 3 ninja stars at once. You probably know this from somewhere else.

Punch to the face:
-Unleashes Alex's Pirate side.

Flash jump:
-Jump a second time in the air like a maniac, to increase your speed and avoidability. Also loose a bit of control.

Improbability Drive:
-Alex's ultimate attack. Only usable sometimes, can't control when. Changes the improbability rate to 1,000,000. Making anything possible to happen. It's a risk to use, since it can be either benefitial or not.

Haste:
-Improves Speed overall. Running around as always!

Overheated:
-Weak against fire related atacks. Strong against ice ones.

Character personailty: Nuts, completely unpredictable.

Ah, not maple related at ALL. Just make a lazy image in there, some skills, and the rest is easy.

EDIT: In fact, Copy-Paste from the messenger window in Maple if you want your character. Also, Skills and personality will change the flow of each battle.

-Shoop da Whoop (his secret weapon, MrBasil himself doesn't know what it really does)
-Mind control: the whole background changes to this, allowing MrBasil to control the victim.

A very kind and generous person, will always help a fellow adventurer in trouble.

PS: By no means am I making fun of basilmarket. This "MrBasil" is a fictional character, and is not related to the actual Mister Basil.

Jellyfish Net

Character skills:

Whack: Whack the opponent with the Jellyfish net. There is a small chance of getting the opponent stuck in the net.

Regeneration: When any part of his body is destroyed, it can instantly grow back.

Laugh Attack: Makes the opponents eardrums pop, thus making them deaf and unable to predict where the next attack will come from.

Character personality:
A very happy person, but is self conscious of how he looks. He is not quick to anger, and laughs in the face of evil.

Last time I typed anything RP related was... 3 years back, oh, found it.

The sky was dark grey, with black clouds covering the moon. The sounds of thunder echoed through the plains, as the rain slowly stopped, Tao Zheng kneeled down to take a whiff of the air. He smelled the dew drops on the grass, as well as the ground that has once been tainted by blood. Tao Zheng was a master of the Tai-Chi Martial Arts, he was a wise man who could control his Chi, that being his spiritual energy. He was once the renowned master of the Temple of Light, retired, he now seeks a purpose in life, straying on to a road that has no end, or hope.

Tao was a man of stature, he was about 5’6 feet, weighing in about 130 lbs. Due to his well-built body, people assumed that he is in his 20’s, but Tao is actually 40 years old. With a very well-built body, Tao could withstand the harsh weather of nature. His body in shape, due to a daily regimen of his. His skin was also lightly tanned, his long dark black hair, was tied behind his head by a blood-stained white ribbon, a memoir of his deceased wife who had died during a massacre.

The look on his face shows that he was kind man of compassion, and that he could get along with everyone. The colors of his pupils are dark brown, and his eyebrows are rather thin. Covering his chest, was a sleeveless vest that’s white, and looks rather old as well, because of the stains of blood, as well as some openings in his vest. Tying his pants to his waist, was a belt used in Karate schools. The color of the belt was black, yet, it is made out of silk.

His pants is also white, but near where his boots are, you could see that there were dark .. Stains of blood. You could smell the blood in the atmosphere where Tao stood. His boots were made out of brown leather, and was also quite durable and light.

As Tao walked through the plains, he noticed that he was being stalked by a mysterious entity, one who he does not know. As he raised his left eyebrow, he turned around and glanced at the surroundings

Height: 5'6 ft
Description: He weighs near 115 lbs, and is about 5’6 ft. With short blond hair, and a pair of mysterious blue eyes. His skin is light tanned, his body figure is slightly muscular. On his chest is a thin shirt that is dark red, outside of that is a very thin chest armor that is gray. Tied around his back is a dark black sheath, inside that sheath is a mysterious sword known as the Dragon Breaker. Equipped on his hands are black leather gloves. His pants are light brown, which are dirty and completely torn up, with holes near the kneecaps and legs. Equipped to his feet are very thick boots which are black, the soles of the boots are made out of metal.
Bio: Unknown.
Weapon: Dragon Breaker

Character skills: Herpa Derp, I Shoot Rast, Super Pineapple Logic Extrordanaire, Was Ist Das?

Character personality: Confusing while making sense at the same time, John On The Run, aka John "The Apostle", can shoot both arrows and words at deafening annoyances. Once provoked a volley of ideas springs forth and pummels enemies into psychotic submission. Never one to let someone elses judgements get the better of him, John On The Run turns the worst in someone into a weakness of choice.

Yuno

Weapon of choice: HNGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG

Character skills:

• HNGGGGGGGG [Passive] - Damage increases by 8% for every HNGGGGG counter on the opponent
  
• Yuno_sleeping.mp3 [Passive] - Place 1 HNGGGGG counter on the opponent for every turn Yuno's status is on "rest".
  
• X-Storm - Summons out a flurry of X shaped projectiles
  
• Sleep - Yuno sleeps to recover HP and status ailments. Sets Yuno's status to "rest" for 2 turns. While in rest, she cannot attack.
  
• Unintentional act of cuteness - Adds 1 HNGGGGG counter onto the opponent
  

Character personality: A bit oblivious at times. She's extremely shy, and unintentionally does things so cute that there have been reports of people being physically injured from just witnessing such acts.



Not entering this by the way, just felt like making a profile for the hell of it. I may actually make one later, if I feel up to it.

Masked Combattente

Weapon of choice: Reverse Black Beauty (level 120 crossbow)
Character skills:

• Anonymous - Avoids being identified from the enemy
  
• Snipe - Deals a deadly shot to the enemy
  
• Unnoticed - Attacks the enemy with an unexpected sudden attack
  
• What is this I don't even - Performs a completely senseless action, confusing the enemy
  
• Random unfunny meme - Tells the enemy one of the various unfunny / old memes in the internet. The enemy slowly walks away disgusted for the lack or originality
  
• Tespia - Obnoxiously complains about the lack of Tespia for Global MapleStory; the enemy covers its ears to not listen to that shit again, and says: "NOTTO DISU SHITTO AGEN"

Character personality:

A nice guy, always helps people in trouble and defends the justice. He can act strangely sometimes, but overall, he's indeed a guy you'll have a good time with.

Teh Spam: Creates noise to confuse and distract everyone within earshot.

Transformation: Turn into a noob to avoid detection

Thorns: Swings Rose with great force, embedding thorns into enemies. Does reduced damage on metallic/fire based foes.

Character personality: Crazy, hyper, curious. Hates losing, hates republicans and anything to do with Christianity.

- Perfect Dorifto: crush the opponent under wheels of justice, and look good doing it.
- Monoxide Poisoning: pollute the atmosphere around the opponent so they can't breathe.
- Dark Twin: A black 180SX appears, and clamps down on the enemy's hands. Silvia grabs their feet, and they tear the opponent in half.
- High Beam: Temporarily blind the opponent
- Trunk Full of Hookers: self explanatory.
Personality:
Well-balanced, coiled springs like a panther ready to attack. Piston your uncle's grave. Can solve rear differential equations implicitly. Reflective at times, with a soft interior - but a cold exterior.

Weapon: Dagger

Skills:

• Come here often?: Usable only as an opening attack. Flirts with the opponent.
  
• Stab 'N Twist: Stabs opponent and twists the dagger in the wound.
  
• Look, a jetplane!: Divert attention by claiming there's a jetplane behind the opponent.
  
• Marshmallow Hell: Suffocates the opponent
  
• Crocodile Tears: Starts crying to make the opponent lower their guard.
  
• Chaos Theory: Damages the opponent by subtly manipulating seemingly unrelated, unsignificant and indirect events. May not have any effect.
  
• Smash Ball: Throws a small, multi-colored metal ball at the opponent.

Personality: Constantly smiling. She likes to take things literally to mess with people. Very flirtatious and often horny. Aquaphobic.

Reisen Udongein Inaba

Weapon of Choice: Bullets/Lunacy-Inducing Eyes

 Skills

-Shot: Shoots one bullet.
-Illusion Bomb: Fires exploding bullets in multiple directions.
-Stun Shot: Fires a bullet that stuns enemies.
-Ultraviolet Field: An area that causes the enemy to hallucinate forms in front of her.
-Lunacy: She creates a clone of herself that fires fake bullets(clone lasts for about -30 seconds).
-Illusion: Fake bullets appear from no where that fires in random directions.

Fake bullets will not hurt, but still hit.

Personality: Both carefree and crazed. Is a different person in battle.
