Because I'm eating Costco chicken nuggets and craving some of this:

Unfortunately, this is a fail Filipino kitchen and there is none to be found.

I live in California.

AND YES SARAH, CHEESE MAKES EVERYTHING BETTER. I even dip little cheddar sticks in my hot chocolate during the cold winter months... which reminds me that I need to buy more hot choco.

My favourite though is the small little containers of chili oil sauce you get with Chinese BBQ Pork (if that's specific enough). THERE'S NEVER ENOUGH OF IT.

It is very good.

A mixture my mom makes with water, Vietnamese "nước mắm", sugar, lemon, red chili and garlic.
Used to dip various things in, from spring rolls to fried fish, from ... veggies to roasted bread.
Darn, I need to learn more cooking vocabulary.

BBQ sauce, mustard, ketchup. varies depending on items used.
not much of an asian food eater, but meh, family cooks, i just eat it. though i never use butter on anything, and if i could cook id avoid using it altogether, and i dont use salt; im not big on potatoes or chips, but sugars and junk foods, i am to them what vesuvias was to the peleponesians.
