I got all four letters off of Orange Mushrooms.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say everything drops everything. (Save for PQ mobs, perhaps)

How much time it tooks to find them?

I was on a beginner on Maple Island 1hkoing them, and I'd say it took an hour ish to get 15 of each. (had some help, he got the other 5 of each in the same amount of time.)
Divide that by, what 3-5 if you spam Heal on a wrath map? :x

I remember once silver boxes dropped our of lpq, not sure this event though..

They drop from pretty much every monster. Not from windraiders (probably not from masteria monsters).
