They are prob making enough money now off people buying 2x cards, gatcha, cash shop surprises (never got my pb ), and now the golden boxes. Not to mention the mint they make of reset points.

I hope to God they have better stuff on the list next time. The transparent hat's the only good one to me, but even then, I always wear hats. And I don't go for overused NX, so the current stuff is eww to me.

Who'd bother to spend several thousand dollars in legal fees for what's at most a 10$ item?

When you sue a company it has to be for the damages they caused you - ie reimbursement. Punitive damages above/beyond replacement value is only awarded at the discretion of the court and only for points where they feel the crime was worthy of making an example of the company beyond just fixing the problem to encourage them not to do it again.

Even with my lawyers on retainer already if I brought them this case they'd tell me it's not worth their time.
Even going class action on this would be nearly pointless.

It’s been a long time since I charged some NX in GMS. But I might for this. Though I don't like when they break it up over weeks especially when you don't know what's on sale. Hard to tell what to buy to match.

Can you buy it with all kinds of NX? It won't let me see that unless I have enough money to buy it anyway (I have like 1500 mts and 1400 maple points) and I don't want to charge the wrong kind >_>

Transparent cap is all I really need, but the notion of perma NX is very nice. I'll hop on to MS to get the transparent hat now, but I think that's all that's worth getting. Possibly the glasses, but I'm still waiting for them to release transparent eye wear.
