Super newb question

Ummm, I'm a little embarrassed, but for some reason I can't seem to find the new quests. There are a lot of great items to try to own but my brain seems to be on overload so my search skills are a little impaired. If you could be so kind to clue me in it would be sooo appreciated!

Which new quests? The Halloween ones or the new Medal ones?

The Halloween ones. Also those spiffy new weapons and armors- are those quest prizes, drops, gold boxes or is there any way else to get these items? I know about the dark tokens through the bosses. Thanks muchly.

Are you referring to like the 24 INT hat and stuff? Because if so, they're not out yet, just in the data.

You get to the Halloween quests by going to New Leaf City through the Kerning City subway, then going to the Haunted Mansion.

If you mean the Halloween equips then just talk to the Malady NPC that is in most towns. You will need to exchange tokens that drop from boss monsters to get them.
