GMS just added Malaysia, the GMs aren't THAT idiotic. Some areas simply not being added from KMS makes the most sense to me, or at least different incorporations of them (not Neo Tokyo, referring more to Mushroom Castle, etc).

it would suck for the kms players if every one else kept making sweet world tour.

The interesting point is...
World Tour areas were exclusive almost 3 years ago,and who was the first MS to get them? KMS.
Who made the NPC Spinel for those?KMS.
Who was the first and only one to destroy them? KMS.
And,now,KMS just turned two towns into random content for maple world.

I think it's a good idea to use the content from other versions and impliment them into the actual game, not as just a side area.
