Trust me, it's a HUGE LOL once you find it if you've put adequate effort and logic into looking for the spot.

It's near the OPQ

The orbis tower was the ONLY spot I could easily think about, it's the rest that I had to look here for.

Actually logically thinking, upon entry into Orbis you'll have one thing in mind: "Where could the highest point be?" and be disheartened to find that the platform you spawn on is fair to be considered highest possible. Then logically, your mind would take you to the Guild Hall, only to be more disappointed. Then you give up searching on the top platform and resort to dropping down on the clouds, what now? There are 2 portals on the right, of course, I'll pick the higher one. Heck, 3 more doors, pick the highest one.. eventually you'll end up at "Stairway to the Cloud 1", which is probably when you'll think "ooh, the name makes sense" and proceed further into confusion.

Then you'd give up logic at search randomly, jumping all over to express your swelling rage and... BANG! Goggleemoticon

for some reason you have to find all the other ones first and then go into that look out tower with the telescope.
PS. the metals name is way way to long ._.
